Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Servicing Assistant at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Account Servicing Assistant is responsible for ensuring high collection efficiency of equity and in-house amortizations, reinforcing the company's brand equity through excellent customer service, and communicating the company's reliability to the market. He or she also involves maintaining a 24-26-month servicing cycle for accounts, ensuring proper storage and review of buyer documents, maintaining high-quality sales and clients, monitoring and controlling company assets, submitting timely reports, and adhering to the company's core values and culture. Other functions may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or any related courses.
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Knowledge in Real Estate Marketing & Accounts Management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
