- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service, strong command of the English language, excellent organizational and people skills, and demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, predominantly desk-based work, potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
