Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: with/without BPO or healthcare exp
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and people skills; capable of handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requires flexibility in work hours.
