- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
