  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide product information and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain patient and positive communication in all interactions.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center settings.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service expertise.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role within a call center environment, fast-paced and dynamic.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
