- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requisito
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, back office support, and call center experience.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, provide support, manage back office tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve call center duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
