1. Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
2. Listening to customer needs and concerns, and providing efficient and effective solutions
3. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
6. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
7. With or Without Experience
