Descripción
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote work options; fast-paced and customer-focused.
