Descripción

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our business, ensuring excellent service and support to our clients and customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requisito

Customer Service Representative (Agent Position) 

  • Pure Voice Account
  • Full-Time Work Onsite 
  • Shifting Schedule 
  • Healthcare, Financial & Telco Account 


Qualifications: 

  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate 
  • Open for Newbies, Career Shifter and Tenured Agents 
  • Must Be Unemployed 
  • Amenable to Work Onsite & Shifting Schedule 
  • CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
