  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Assist in training new staff as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude.
