REPRESENTATIVE


OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the frontline connection between our company and our clients, you’ll be instrumental in providing outstanding service, managing sales-related inquiries, supporting back-office tasks like invoicing, and addressing customer care calls. If you're a great communicator, quick to adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment — we’d love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Support sales by responding to inquiries and sharing accurate product/service information Create and manage customer invoices using QuickBooks

Address customer care issues with empathy, clarity, and a focus on resolution Accurately log all interactions and updates in CRM and CCaaS systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete resolution of customer needs Consistently follow company processes and uphold service standards

Stay current on company offerings, service updates, and procedures


QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in customer or sales support, ideally in a Tier 1 CX role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Sharp attention to detail and natural problem-solving ability

Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of digital tools (experience with CCaaS, CRM systems, or QuickBooks is a plus)

Professional, calm demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment
