Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Arabic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, combined with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Arabic Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear and concise responses.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service will be a plus.
