We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Travel Account team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service to customers through voice and chat support channels. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Qualifications:

• Old Curriculum: At least High School Graduate
• New Curriculum: K-12 Graduate
• College Graduate (preferred but not required)
• With or without BPO experience (chat/voice experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
