- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Support team goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Handle complaints with empathy and provide solutions.
Requisito
- Job Title: Call Center Agent
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and call center operations knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
