We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. 

 

About the Role  

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, starting with cold calling and gradually expanding into other key business development tasks as you grow within the position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales and business development while making a direct impact on company growth. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Cold Calling: Begin by reaching out to potential clients through outbound cold calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach, helping to expand the company’s customer base. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to increase engagement and move them through the sales pipeline. 
  • CRM Management: Record and update prospect interactions in the company’s CRM system to track progress and ensure follow-up. 
  • Business Development Support: As you progress, take on additional responsibilities such as handling inbound inquiries, creating proposals, and collaborating with the sales team on strategy development. 
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. 


Requisito

Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on long-term goals 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field 
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
