Job Overview
The Business Development and Leasing Manager is responsible for driving growth through strategic business development and efficient leasing operations. This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence, securing new opportunities, and ensuring high occupancy across properties. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid background in tenant relations, and a proven ability to meet revenue and leasing targets.
Your Responsibilities
Leasing Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing process across multiple locations (Manila and Davao), from prospecting tenants to contract execution.
- Lead lease negotiations to secure favorable terms aligned with business goals.
- Supervise daily operations of food court areas in both locations, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Monitor the financial health of food court operations and recommend improvements as needed.
- Manage and review billing and collection activities related to tenant accounts.
Business Development
- Drive the expansion of the company's portfolio, including both existing brands and potential new ventures.
- Scout, evaluate, and recommend viable locations for brand expansion based on market demand and business fit.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess new opportunities and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in external business development engagements and strategic negotiations.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and property or asset management in the F&B industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to foster and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of leasing procedures, industry trends, and tenant management.
- Skilled in market analysis and using insights to optimize leasing strategies.
- High attention to detail, particularly in handling contracts and lease documentation.
