Job Summary

Launch our US products in Amazon UK + EU5 markets

Responsibilities

Job Description

Launch & Compliance

  • Launch our US products in Amazon UK + EU5 markets
  • Handle VAT, EPR, EORI, and local product compliance
  • Manage tax filings and ensure we meet all deadlines

Listings & Optimization

  • Create high-quality, localized listings (SEO, A+ content, translations)
  • Own review migration and catalog hygiene
  • Monitor ratings and fix issues (parent/child ASIN updates, etc.)

Advertising & Growth

  • Plan and manage EU PPC and DSP campaigns
  • Hit sales rank (BSR) goals through promos and ads
  • Manage a growing ad budget ($150K+/quarter) and optimize ACoS/TACoS

Inventory & Operations

  • Forecast EU demand and plan FBA replenishment
  • Coordinate 3PL shipments into UK/EU warehouses
  • Ensure accurate EU product labeling and minimize aged stock fees

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly reports (sales, conversion, review growth, ROI)
  • Own the full EU P&L including profitability, VAT impact, and returns
  • Spot and fix profit leaks (e.g. exchange rates, duty costs)

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work directly with Amazon SAS reps and internal leadership
  • Present growth plans to senior management with clear data

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years at an Amazon agency managing EU accounts
  • Proven success launching or scaling brands in at least 2 EU marketplaces
  • Deep knowledge of Seller Central EU, VAT (OSS/IOSS), EPR rules
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, DSP, and tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, or M19
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for forecasting and margin analysis

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with supplements or regulated products (HFSS, novel foods, etc.)
  • Familiar with EU-specific coupons, Prime Day, and Black Friday strategies
  • Network of EU vendors for translations, creative, and compliance

  • Homebased
  • M to F, 10pm to 7am Manila time
