We’re on the hunt for an E-Commerce Specialist to help manage and grow our digital storefronts! If you're data-driven, creative, and obsessed with online sales — this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, stock availability, and promos

• Plan and implement online campaigns and platform activations

• Monitor performance metrics, optimize product visibility, and boost conversions

• Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and resolution of online concerns

• Analyze sales data and trends to improve online strategies

• Liaise with marketing for social media tie-ins, banners, and content strategies

• Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related course

• Experience with Lazada, Shopee, or other online selling platforms preferred

• Strong copywriting and basic photo editing skills a plus

• Data-driven with good Excel and reporting skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
