Descripción

Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
Analyze company financials and oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial risk management.
Maintain accounting policies and processes in compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and lead initiatives for cost-saving and financial optimization strategies.
Act as a liaison with external auditors and manage the preparation of audit documents.
Leadership and team management responsibilities to ensure professional development and high performance.
Foster a culture of transparency and accountability in financial management within the bustling Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services environment of Ito-Seikakusho Philippines Corp.

Requisito

Job Title: Accounting Manager
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly preferred but not required.
Experience Level: 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting management with a proven track record in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Audit, Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Financial Statements; strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting; expertise in Accounting Receivable and Payable management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, prepare budgets, manage month-end and year-end close processes, conduct financial audits, and report to senior management on financial status.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with a possibility of working with cross-departmental teams and occasional travel for company audits or professional development opportunities.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
