Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a retail store, monitoring stocks inventory, distribution of materials staff training, organizing work schedules, and providing high-quality customer service satisfaction.

Store Management

  • Controls, organizes storage and inventory
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in serving quality food and beverages.
  • Measures and addresses the effectiveness of employee performance and store activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of forecasts, inventory and receipt of stocks
  • Organizes all merchandise items
  • Defines staffing need and allocates workloads.
  • Continuous coordination with the operation manager for sales building activities.
  • Monitoring sales and stock levels.

Quality Service, Cleanliness and Audit management

  • perform a regular audit
  • identifies and recommends QSC Programs the will help minimize non-compliance issues.
  • Strictly impose relevant health and safety standards at all times.

People Management

  • Manages staff and maintain the productivity level of their respective responsibilities
  • Recommend staff movement as need
  • Trains, guides, supervises, and disciplines staff to ensure policy compliance.
  • Provides assistance to newly hired employees to learn about store policies and procedures
  • Manages customer complaints, issues and questions.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and recommendations.

Report Management

  • Submit a store's daily, weekly, and monthly status report, including sales, customer service satisfaction, stock status, and personnel movement.
  • Prepares management reports and other necessary reports as required.

Report Submission

  • Prepares, submits, and present a report relative to the development of plans and assessment of store output at any given time.
  • Attends weekly or monthly meetings with FOM to review sales, store activities, and schedules.

Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a team leader in any food industry
