Job Description

- English Proficiency: Native English speaker or equivalent to native level, with standard pronunciation and fluent expression.
- Teaching System Mastery: Familiar with the Singapore Math curriculum framework, proficient in the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) teaching approach, and skilled in using bar modeling to solve word problems.
- Curriculum Design: Able to design engaging, logically structured online courses for children and adolescents aged 7–14, covering core modules such as number sense, operations, geometry, and word problems, based on Singapore Math’s core educational philosophy.
- Teaching Implementation: Utilize instructional tools such as bar modeling and real-life scenarios to visualize abstract mathematical concepts, guiding students to understand “why to calculate” rather than just “how to calculate.”
