Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously with accuracy.
- Provide clear, helpful responses to customer inquiries via email.
- Resolve account issues and billing questions
- Maintain a professional and "iOPEXian" tone in all digital interactions.
Requirements
- Education: SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum).
- Skills: Good written communication skills and basic computer navigation.
- Typing: Ability to type at least 30-35 WPM.
- Flexibility: Willing to work shifting schedules (Night shift/Graveyard).
- Availability: Must be ready to start by February 1, 2026.
