Customer Service Representative-Shopify Store
About the Role
We are an international e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Representative-Shopify Store based in Cebu, Philippines.
You will handle pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through email, live chat, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Shopify orders, returns, and refunds through the Shopify admin dashboard.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and issue reports using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
- Assist in creating FAQ and improving customer experience on the website.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or Shopify customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiar with Shopify admin, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Willing to work in flexible hours depending on business needs.
