Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to join our team on an ongoing basis for building and maintaining custom WordPress websites, including corporate sites, eCommerce stores, and high-conversion landing pages.

This is not a page-builder-only role. We are seeking a developer who can work from scratch, has a deep understanding of WordPress, and can independently solve complex technical challenges.

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – PHP 80,0000 (Depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote (TBD) / (May include occasional weekend shifts, depending on client requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom WordPress websites (corporate, eCommerce, and landing pages)

• Develop custom themes and plugins from scratch

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using Figma designs

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Provide ongoing support for existing WordPress websites, including:

– Bug fixing

– Performance optimization

– Feature enhancements

– Content and structural updates

• Take ownership of tasks and resolve issues independently

Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience

• Proven experience building custom WordPress solutions from scratch

• Advanced WordPress development expertise

• Strong experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

• WooCommerce development

• Custom post types, hooks, and filters

• Theme and plugin development from scratch

• Experience with the Roots Stack, including:

– Bedrock

– Sage

– Acorn

• Strong proficiency in:

– Tailwind CSS

– JavaScript

• Experience with:

– Alpine.js

– Vue.js

Nice to Have (Advantages):

• Experience with Laravel

• Experience with Node.js

• Ability to work with Elementor when required

• Experience working in a Hebrew / RTL environment

• Familiarity with multilingual WordPress setups
