Ensures that customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects customer service.
Promote and sell the products at the trading area. He/she should attain the sales target quota set by the management.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products the company offers base on their equipment.
Assist customer in locating merchandise inside the store.
Maintain an awareness of all promotion and events being implemented in the store.
Adheres to all company policies and procedure in dealing with customers
Responsible in monitoring his/her transaction like schedule of delivery, pending and lacking deliveries, customers order, etc.
Responsible in creating quotations and customers order using the system.
Responsible in creating Supply Chain linked to Customer Order for status update in the system,if ever linked are invalid process do manual monitoring for delivery process.See to it that Customer Order stop updated to avoid interruption invoice processing.
Meet Sales Quota individually
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate customer requests to the management
Any other task as assigned time to time by the superior
Reports directly to the Area Supervisor
