- Conducts Quality/ Operations audit
- Assist in the implementation Marketing Plans
- Resolve Customer Concerns/feedback
- Train, develop and evaluate subordinates
- Recommend/Introduce new products
- Arrange Staff Schedule and ensure all branch has a tech topper
