- Architect, build, and maintain complex automation workflows, sequences, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Manage the entire HubSpot instance (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring seamless data flow and process integrity.
- Own database management, segmentation, and data hygiene, ensuring all information is clean, accurate, and actionable.
- Create and manage custom reports, properties, and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for all HubSpot integrations with other platforms (e.g., website CMS, finance tools).
- Support and train sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and processes.
- Proactively identify and implement new HubSpot features and strategies to elevate our marketing and sales operations.
Qualification:
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a HubSpot-centric role (e.g., HubSpot Admin, Marketing Ops).
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing complex, multi-stage automation and workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM database management, data hygiene, and segmentation strategy.
- Proven ability to build custom reports and dashboards that translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps).
- Experience with the HubSpot Service Hub.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's API and managing custom integrations.
- A background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations.
