We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and support infrastructure, construction, and development projects. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise field measurements, mapping land features, establishing legal property boundaries, and preparing technical drawings and survey data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and modern surveying equipment, along with a strong understanding of civil and structural design requirements.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC) is strongly preferred
• Additional certifications in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS are an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in land surveying, site layout, or construction projects
• Experience in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction staking

Technical Skills

• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment: Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Theodolite, Digital Level
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent drafting software
• Experience with GIS tools and mapping systems (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is an advantage
• Capable of interpreting and preparing survey plans, subdivision plans, and land titles

Field & Analytical Abilities

• Strong understanding of land measurement techniques, zoning laws, and legal boundary analysis
• Accurate in data collection, computation, and documentation
• Capable of performing site inspections and working outdoors in varied conditions

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Strong teamwork and ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and local government units

Other Requirements

• Willing to be assigned to project sites in Pampanga and nearby areas
• Must be physically fit to conduct field surveys
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
