Develop detailed designs and plans for construction projects.
Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee and monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Must hold a valid Engineer license.
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar energy projects or renewable energy infrastructure.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
Strong understanding of construction materials, soil mechanics, and geotechnical engineering.
Familiarity with solar mounting systems, foundation design, and load calculations.
Effective project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
