1. Responsible for negotiating and coordinating business partnerships in the overseas blockchain industry, identifying high-quality project resources and channels, and facilitating collaborations.

2. Strong communication skills, strong ability to handle pressure, outgoing personality, good communication skills, and a strong ability to follow instructions. Must have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency.

4. Stay up-to-date on blockchain industry developments and continuously learn to enhance industry insight.

5. Actively participate in industry business and social events, including blockchain industry summits, to expand personal connections.

1、本科以上学历，管理、市场营销、金融、英语等相关专业者优先;

2、具备 1年以上商务BD/大客户业务拓展经验，对区块链有浓厚兴趣或区块链行业从业者优先;

3、精通中英文，具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧，并掌握基本商务礼仪;

4、极强的销售能力，以及开拓、沟通、理解和说服力，具备敏锐的市场洞察力、严密的分析能力，拥有认真细致的责任心，喜欢新挑战。

备注:

薪资架构:底薪+提成

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in management, marketing, finance, English, or other related fields preferred;

2. At least one year of business development/key client development experience, with a strong interest in blockchain or industry experience preferred;

3. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a grasp of basic business etiquette;

4. Strong sales, development, communication, understanding, and persuasive abilities, with keen market insight, rigorous analytical skills, a meticulous sense of responsibility, and a love of new challenges.
