Plan the coordination activity to truckers based on the Delivery PerformanceMonitoring, POD Monitoring, Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items, and Booking Schedule
Communicate with coordinators of truckers to monitor and follow through statusof deliveries to accounts to ensure delivery on or before the required deliverydate
Follow through status of PODs from coordinators to ensure timely transmittal
Investigate causes of RUDs rejects/returns upon delivery for timely disposition
Keep accurate and updated records of Delivery Performance Monitoring
Keep accurate and updated records of PODs
Keep accurate and updated records of Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items
Assist the transport planner in coordinating with truckers for their bookingconfirmation
Assist as back up Invoicing Staff or Transport Planner when necessary
Participate during annual wall to wall inventory count

Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong communication and coordination abilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks.
Working Conditions: Warehouse setting, requiring physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
