Job Summary:

Kuya J Restaurant is looking for a passionate and skilled Training Specialist to enhance employee performance across our branches in Visayas and Mindanao. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing training programs to ensure that team members uphold company standards in service, food quality, and operations. You will play a key role in improving employee skills and fostering growth that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Training Specialist, you will facilitate training sessions through workshops, hands-on training, and e-learning, and assess the effectiveness of these programs. You will collaborate with management to identify skills gaps, develop personalized training plans, and travel to various restaurant locations to provide on-site support. Ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer service is crucial to the role.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field, along with at least two years of training experience, must be in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools. You will be based in Cebu, however your ability to travel across Visayas and Mindanao is required, along with a passion for employee development and customer service excellence.
