• Create, execute and manage sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets by establishing clear priorities and goals for the sales team 
• Keeps track of sales performance analytics and analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for the Company
• Conducts client presentation, ocular inspection and identifies customer requirements based on defined parameters like population, foot traffic, location, target sales and other related information 
• Develop and maintains good relationship with clients thru open communication, client visits and assist clients concern and other related inquiries
• Coordinates with Operations Department and other departments of the Company to ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are meet
• Manage, train and motivate individual and team performance to the fullest 
• Can handle pressure and deliver optimum results set by the Management and various clients 
• With driver’s license and can start ASAP
