Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Understand customer needs and work to exceed their expectations
• Ensure guests receive excellent service in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Operations & Team Supervision

• Assist Managers in ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise, support, and motivate service staff to meet performance and service standards
• Promote a customer-focused culture among the team
• Help staff understand the importance of KPIs and contribute to achieving restaurant targets
• Support the team in reaching sales goals and improving service quality
• Assist with generating operational reports when needed

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
• Oversee daily maintenance of the dining area and service stations

Coordination & Support

• Liaise with kitchen and other departments for seamless service delivery
• Provide clear communication and instructions to the team
• Support Restaurant Managers and assist other team members as required
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
• Understanding of food safety practices and stock control
• Sales-driven with a keen awareness of restaurant targets and performance metrics
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
