1. Responsible for the architectural design and optimization of the company's core trading system, ensuring high availability, high performance, and high scalability of the system, participating in technology selection and planning, and establishing technical standards and specifications.

2. Lead the development work of core modules, write high-quality, maintainable code, perform in-depth optimizations on existing systems, solve complex technical challenges, and enhance system stability.

3. Address key technical challenges within projects, provide technical support and solutions, participate in code reviews and technical evaluations, and enhance the overall technical expertise of the team.

4. Responsible for system performance tuning, analyzing and resolving performance bottlenecks.

5. Collaborate closely with team members including product managers, front-end developers, and test engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
