• The IPM Service Technician is responsible for implementing pest control solutions using integrated pest management techniques. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure effective pest management while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:        

• Inspect property, determine problem and implement the most effective solution;
• Conducts pest control treatment to customers based on their pest control program;
• Ensure correct dilution and application of chemicals;
• Ensure to make service reports for the accounts treated and leave the yellow copy to them;
• Ensure safety of customers while performing duties;
• Maintain equipment and tools assigned;
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle;
• Use the assigned applicable PPE during the pest control treatment, monitoring and ocular;
• Record work activities performed in logbook as daily time record;
• Responsible in reporting complaints from Customers to IPM Supervisor or IPM-OIC;
• Submit all the required documents on time, on or before the given deadline mandated by the direct Supervisor/Employer;
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application;
• Practices good manners and conduct;

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Driver’s License
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and providing excellent service
• Willingness to work varied hours or shifts as needed
