Job Overview

Investment Acquisition Analyst plays a vital role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling investment proposals, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. The role also involves managing investor relations and contributing to public offering preparations to ensure the company’s financial growth and readiness for expansion.

Your Responsibilities

Fund Sourcing

  • Identify and evaluate potential sources of funding, including equity, debt, and alternative financing.
  • Support due diligence and feasibility analysis for prospective investors or lenders.

Communications & Reportorial Management

  • Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investment proposals, and fundraising presentations.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and transparent financial communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Capital Raising

  • Provide support and coordination in fundraising efforts.
  • Assist in preparing all required documentation to meet fundraising goals.

Public Offering

  • Assist in planning and executing public offering initiatives and related capital-raising activities.
  • Help manage cap tables and ensure regulatory compliance during offering processes.

Investor Relations Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors and creditors.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and corporate presentations.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in investment banking, private equity, finance, or capital raising.
  • Proven experience in fundraising and stakeholder/investor relations.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market research capabilities.
  • Experience with preparing investment materials and managing investor documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities.
