Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to meet client needs.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the order fulfillment management system.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with contracted carriers via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to packaging, shipping, and inventory control.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or phone calls.
• Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate order management and logistics systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Setup: 100% onsite Ayala Ave Makati City

Work Schedule: Night Shift EST
