Open to HS/SHS graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates.

Location: 1 Blk 44 Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary package: ₱19,000 – ₱27,000

Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
• Guide customers through product or service information and provide technical assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service and support processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service abilities, strong problem-solving skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent organizational and people skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of engaging efficiently with customers through calls and meeting performance metrics.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, required to work in shifts.
