Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project requirements, coordinate with various groups and consultants, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include attending meetings, reviewing submittals, conducting research, leading projects, and supervising project coordinators to ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project requirements and ensure they align with client objectives.

- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

- Attend project meetings to discuss timelines, budgets, and progress.

- Review and approve project submittals, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

- Conduct research to support design and project development decisions.

- Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.

- Supervise and provide guidance to project coordinators to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Registered Architectural License with the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in architecture.
