Position: Mandarin PowerPoint Specialist

Location: Makati City

Schedule: 5 days a week | Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)

Salary: Php 65,000 - Php 85,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Filipino or Filipino Chinese who is proficient in both Mandarin and English (oral and written)
• Open to Foreign nationals with or without a permanent visa
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage, but not required 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Produces, re-creates, edits, and lays out business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
• Translates content from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
• Documents job progress to ensure that handover jobs are completed accurately
• Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
