The Technical Supervisor oversees the daily job performance of a team of System Engineers in terms of quality, quantity, customer satisfaction level and reliability. He ensures that the team conducts their daily task according to the standard set by the company, thereby achieving their individual objectives. He conducts regular field audits through customer visits and field coaching of System Engineers and makes necessary calibration to the current strategies to ensure achievement of objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the industry is an advantage
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Customer Service oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to do fieldwork
• With valid driver's license and willing to use a motorcycle is an advantage.
