- Staff Management:
- Supervising, training, and evaluating staff.
- Scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve goals.
- Addressing employee issues and providing constructive feedback.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Creating a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
- Store Operations:
- Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring proper stock management.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Implementing store policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing store performance.
- Sales and Financial Performance:
- Achieving sales targets and goals.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implementing marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Managing budgets and expenses.
Requisito
- 1 year experience as "Team Leader" or any position in the F&B industry related to handling a team and doing multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills & a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & motivate team members.
- Expertise in both FOG & BOH
