Descrição:
- Maintain and develop new features for our in-house CRM system
- Manage server setups, deployments, and optimizations
- Integrate third-party services such as Aircall, Mailgun, Twilio, and more
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to plan sprints, track progress, and deliver high-quality code
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and improve our codebase and workflows
Requisito
- 5+ years of experience as a developer working with PHP and Laravel
- Strong knowledge of server setup and management (Digital Ocean / Forge / Vercel)
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on-site at our Manila office (mandatory)
- Ability to handle periods of increased workload
