DMCI PDI Hotels, a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is hiring for a Sales and Revenue Director! The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels.

Your Role

As the Sales and Revenue Director, you will be one of the key driving forces behind the resort’s success, overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s sales strategy, revenue management, and distribution channels. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing overall hotel revenue through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and revenue strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted room nights and revenue goals.

  • Lead and manage the Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams.

  • Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor data to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.

  • Utilize marketing plans to uncover new and potential business.

  • Formulate and deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, utilizing Projected Strategy Analysis and Rate Strategy Analysis, designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.

  • Maintain relationships with key corporate, group, travel agency, and event clients.

  • Responsible for management of group cutoff dates, securing and reviewing all rooming lists, monitoring group block activity (i.e., pickup, wash). When necessary or appropriate, communicate with group contacts and/or housing bureaus.

  • Facilitate and lead Daily Business Review and Weekly Sales Strategy meetings.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, revenue forecasts, and budget updates to senior leadership.

  • Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to align commercial goals with operations.

  • Drive digital distribution, OTA optimization, and direct booking growth.

  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budget and Strategic Sales Plan using sales and revenue data.

  • Ensure the team is trained in effective sales tactics and revenue management systems.

  • Strong and well-established network within the MICE industry, with a proven track record of generating leads and securing high-value group business.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage existing industry relationships to drive sales and increase market share in the MICE segment.

  • Proven senior leadership and management experience in sales and revenue functions in upscale resort and MICE hotels.

  • Ability to cultivate a high-performing, service-driven team

  • Strong business acumen to drive profitability and operational excellence
