Descrição:
- Ensures that all new purchased are included in inventory report with accurate detail
- Ensures that all swapping in units are included in inventory report with accurate details
- Assignment of open unit in inventory same with new purchase units should be with VSM approval
- To ensure that all assigned units must also allocated and Goods Movement at SAP as per sales process flow UNASSIGN VEHICLE
- Follows all relevant and internal departmental policies , processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Performs any other reasonable request or work task as allocated by the department Manager and other Senior Management
Requisito
- Good attention to details
- Good analytical and thinking skills
- Working knowledge MS office applications (preferably MS Excel and formulas)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge in implementation of policies and procedures
