We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in Pasig City. The successful candidate will assist lawyers in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The paralegal would be responsible to:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and reports.
• Assist in case preparation, including organizing and managing case files, evidence, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
• Maintain an organized filing system for legal records and ensure all documents are updated and accurate.
• Coordinate meetings, hearings, and schedules with clients, courts, and legal teams.
• Assist in contract review, compliance monitoring, and due diligence processes.
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and other legal professionals as needed.
• Manage the firm’s responsibility to society through posting professional, accurate, brand-consistent content and engaging respectfully with the public.

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, legal procedures, and court systems is preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal database tools.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Navigate changing technological tools
• Assist attorneys in case preparation, manage documents, and conduct client interviews.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Primarily office-based, with some fieldwork as necessary.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Pasig City.
