Description

  • Perform routine inspections of buildings and systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
  • Handle basic repairs, including fixing electrical fixtures, plumbing issues, and structural maintenance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems function properly.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and address emergencies quickly.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities and report issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).
