Descrição:
- Handle key accounts in modern trade and retail channels, ensuring consistent supply and brand presence.
- Manage promotions, product placement, and stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and buyers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for market strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present reports to clients and management
Requisito
- Job Title: Key Account Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in account management or sales
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, creative problem solving, and teamwork; adept at lead generation and cold calling; strong attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-oriented, resilient, proactive, and excellent in relationship building.
