Lay bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to build and repair walls, foundations, and other structures.
Prepare and mix mortar or concrete for masonry work.
Construct, install, and repair wooden frameworks, doors, and furniture.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Ensure structures are level, plumb, and meet design specifications.
Perform finishing work, including sanding, painting, or polishing surfaces.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as both a Mason and Carpenter.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to masonry and carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
