The Flute Laminator Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a flute laminating machine used in the production of corrugated and laminated paperboard.
The operator ensures high-quality lamination of printed sheets onto corrugated boards, meeting company and customer specifications.
Operate the laminator to produce high-quality laminated sheets without wrinkles, bubbles, or misalignment.
Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring proper adhesion, registration, and finishing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as misfeeds, glue defects, or mechanical faults.
Adhere to company rules and regulations including ISO, safety, GMP-SSOP, Food safety practices and standards and other Departmental procedures.
Perform given task from time to time

Prior experience operating a flute laminator or similar machinery in a paper printing or packaging company is preferred.
Understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
Ability to maintain high-quality production standards.
