This position performs day-to-day tasks/activities relevant to inventory and metrics functions. He/she is responsible for encoding, updating, and preparing sales inventory reports/presentations/metrics reports. This role also focuses on checking and updating the Seller's Portal System.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of data science
• With 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in real estate development firms/other related industries. 
• May accept fresh graduate with good scholastic record and with leadership potential. 
• Proficient in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
•  With/critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
• With/business/financial acumen in relation to sales inventory, and metrics. 
• Can deal and handle non-critical problems and tasks relevant to sales inventory and metrics. 
• Familiar with the product lines with strong business, sales, and marketing sense. 
• Keen on details specifically on sales inventory, and metrics. 
•  Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.
